Refund policy
Returns
Please help conserve resources by re-using the packaging for returns whenever possible. You may return or exchange merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or credit. Returns must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, unless you email first and have received permission to try washing or wearing it first. Upon request, you may receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Otherwise, you are responsible for return postage and for the safe delivery of your return package. EcoPetites is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Using a track-able service is recommended.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you make an exchange, you will not be charged shipping back to you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
